Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting is seeking a Construction Sales Estimator to generate accurate cost estimates for construction projects while driving sales opportunities. This role blends technical estimating with client-facing activities, ensuring competitive pricing and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Certifications in construction estimation or sales are a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years in construction estimation with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and docs to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance during client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present and explain estimates to clients and assist in negotiating contracts and securing bids.
