Qualifications

• 2+ years in solid waste industry experience or a business/marketing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by identifying leads and acquiring new business in construction to exceed quotas.
• Maintain knowledge of service lines and pricing to offer tailored, value-added solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships through site visits, trade shows, and Chamber events.
• Stay ahead of market trends to anticipate customer needs.
• Partner with Operations and Customer Service for seamless execution.
