• Able to organize, plan and coordinate multiple site activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate sites to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and potential changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to ensure materials fit.
• Confirm terms with customers and adjust plans as needed without supervisor approval.
• Procure materials and determine specifications to protect the company from financial loss.
• Ensure safety, licensing, permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in office tasks and warehouse activities as needed; occasional site travel.
