Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience from post-sale through final installation. The role acts as the company’s primary face with clients and vendors, evaluating job sites and ensuring accurate scope, pricing, and scheduling while safeguarding company profitability.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, coordinating material procurement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered products.
• Ensure the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates terms with the customer as needed.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Analyze licensing, permitting, HOA requirements, and coordinate with agencies for permits.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in warehouse when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
