Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and manage vendor relationships from post-sale through installation. The role involves site assessments, scope verification, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction management, a professional demeanor, and excellent communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site to determine scope of work and viability of the project.
• Advise customers on financing and potential scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to prevent issues with custom-ordered products.
• Confirm the work plan and negotiate terms with customers without supervisor approval.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements and work with agencies to obtain permits.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
