Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is hiring a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relations post-sale through final installation. The role requires evaluating job sites and ensuring accurate measurements for custom products.

You will manage procurement, compliance with safety and licensing, and coordinate with customers on scope changes, while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor; this is a high-level customer service role.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Ambitious with managerial potential as the department grows.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects and evaluates proposed sites to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advises customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
• Creates precise measurements at job sites to avoid costly mismatches on custom products.
• Confirms post-inspection and ongoing agreement terms; negotiates with customers as needed.
• Selects and manages procurement of all materials; defines specifications while guarding against losses.
• Analyzes licensing, permitting, HOA requirements and coordinates with agencies.
• Ensures safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Completes office tasks and assists in warehouse to stage products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
