Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale through final installation. You will assess job sites to evaluate the original remodeling agreement and ensure accurate scope and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes professional demeanor, problem solving, and high-level customer service while coordinating procurement, permits, and safety compliance across multiple sites in the Detroit area.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• A polished and professional demeanor; high level customer service focus.
• Professionalism is very important.

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site/project to determine scope of work.
• Advise customers on financing and changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid costly mistakes.
• Confirm that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiate changes with the customer.
• Select and manage procurement of materials for the job.
• Ensure licensing, permitting, HOA requirements compliance and coordinate with government agencies.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
