Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee both the company’s operations and the customer experience from post‑sale through final installation. You will assess jobsites to verify the remodeling agreement and coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth project flow.

This role emphasizes leadership, meticulous site measurements, and proactive problem solving to protect both client satisfaction and company interests.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of proposed site/project to determine scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and potential changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered products.
• Confirm the work plan with the customer without prior supervisor approval.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and HOA requirements; coordinate with agencies.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Assist in warehouse and office tasks as needed; participate in staging products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel to sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
