Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site scope and viability of the project.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise site measurements to avoid costly material issues.
• Negotiate terms with customers and adjust the plan as needed without supervisor approval.
• Procure materials and specify requirements to protect company finances.
• Ensure safety, licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in office tasks and stage products in the warehouse as needed.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and travel between sites.
