Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site to determine scope of work and viability of the project.
• Advise customers on financing and potential changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered products.
• Confirm post-inspection that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates changes with customers.
• Procure materials, determine specifications, and protect the company from losses.
• Analyze licensing, permits, HOA requirements, and coordinate with government agencies for permits.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Assist in office tasks and occasionally support warehouse operations for staging products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
