The candidate will drive site evaluations, coordinate with customers, and oversee material procurement while maintaining safety compliance and a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and potential scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to prevent costly errors with custom-ordered products.
• Confirm post-inspection that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates terms with the customer.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and safety regulations.
• Drive to/from site as needed and assist in the warehouse to stage products.
