Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee customer experience and vendor relations post-sale through final installation. You will assess job sites to evaluate the original remodeling agreement and ensure accurate metrics and compliance throughout the process.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management, a polished customer-service demeanor, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects and evaluates site/project to determine scope and viability of the project.
• Advises customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
• Creates precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered product.
• Confirms and negotiates terms of the work plan with the customer without supervisor input.
• Selects and manages procurement of all materials and specifies requirements.
• Ensures licensing, permitting, and HOA compliance; coordinates with government agencies for permits.
• Maintains safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Performs administrative tasks and assists in warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
