Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience from post-sale through final installation, coordinating with vendors and site teams. This role involves assessing job sites, ensuring accurate measurements, and managing procurement while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and leadership potential as the department grows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site/project scope and viability of the work.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise job-site measurements to avoid costly material issues.
• Confirm terms of the plan with customers without prior supervisor approval.
• Procure materials and determine specifications to protect the company financially.
• Ensure licensing, HOA and permitting compliance; liaise with authorities for permits.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete office tasks and assist in the warehouse as needed.
