Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes with GC's, CM's, suppliers for Food Lion contracts.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee change orders, contracts, and requisitions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations, and other stakeholders for project handoffs.
• Travel weekly and manage multiple projects across geographic areas.
