Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of architectural designs/engineering concepts and processes.
• Ability to travel weekly and manage multiple projects across a geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bidding, contracting, and requisition processes for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure store openings on time.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Provide project risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Lead weekly project meetings and ensure safety and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

Ability to travel weekly
