Job summary

Applegreen seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team to deliver a large travel plaza redevelopment program across multiple states. The role is not single-site and requires ownership of several projects from concept through turnover.

You will work with senior leadership, consultants, contractors and brand partners, managing safety, timelines, budgets and quality while enabling growth across our U.S. footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Manage schedules, budgets and quality to meet milestones and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and operators to ensure project delivery.
