Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. You will report to the Project Director and coordinate with customers, subcontractors and insurance on payments and progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.
• The candidate will have asbestos, lead, and mold certifications; llCRC AMRT certification; OSHA 30 hr; valid driver's license; forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules with customers.
• Manages project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R as directed by the Project Director.
• Requests payment from customers at substantial completion and COS sign-off.
• Alerts on next payment stage per terms.
• Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Provide feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services and site access requirements.
• Obtain city permits and inspections and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Travel and site visits as needed; work in variable conditions.
