Qualifications

• Reads and interprets commercial plans, specs and details.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledgeable in estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure scopes are completed per standards and profitable.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers and foremen; prepare comprehensive bids.
• Perform take-offs and collect current pricing from vendors; ensure schedules are kept.
• Initiate submittals, manage change orders and paperwork; issue warranties on completion.
• Visit sites to verify plans and ensure alignment with owner expectations.
