Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with unparalleled service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance, coordinating with teams and managing resources.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management or related field and a minimum of 3 years in construction project management, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Accubid/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers and maintaining policies and standards.
• Provide project management expertise to assess scope, schedule, and resources for successful completion.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project with a detailed review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise changes orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Manage finances of contracts to protect employer interests and maintain client relations.
