Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager II to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion. You will ensure client satisfaction and mentor junior staff, guiding teams across planning, execution, and financial controls on high-profile projects.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, schedule adherence, and cost control on-site or in offices as needed. Benefits and ESOP are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficient with MS Office and Oracle software.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Project Assistants and PM I as needed.
• Plan and organize a project under direction.
• Supervise Project Assistants and PM I.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate the terms and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
• Liaison with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support construction activities to ensure schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under senior PM oversight.
• Manage contracts finances and client relations.
• Assist with development of new business opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
