Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC seeks a seasoned Project Leader to oversee construction projects from setup to closeout. You will manage contracts, procurement, and daily progress, ensuring safety compliance and accurate cost reporting. Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential to drive project success.

You will coordinate with GC/Owner and CSI operations to balance manpower and resources, while developing schedules and controlling costs to maximize profits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineering recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project setup, buy out, contract execution and compliance.
• Oversee material/equipment procurement and invoicing.
• Track daily progress, scheduling and cost reporting.
• Ensure project safety compliance and change order tracking.
• Coordinate with GC/Owner and CSI Operations for manpower and resources.
• Prepare weekly cost reports and forecast project finances.
