Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) seeks an experienced Project Leader to oversee large concrete construction projects from setup through completion. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and cost reporting while ensuring safety and contract compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams on site. Strong problem-solving and proactive communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project leadership and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptable communication style.
• Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project setup, buy out, contract execution and compliance.
• Manage scheduling, sequencing, and critical path analysis to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with GC/Owner and CSI Operations manager for manpower/resources.
• Monitor project costs, produce weekly cost reports and forecast earnings.
• Approve invoices and track change orders; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and develop project team relationships with external entities.
