Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Leader to oversee construction projects from setup through completion. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, cost reporting, safety compliance, and coordination with the GC/Owner to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities to drive project success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading construction projects.
• Experience with project setup, buy out, cost reporting, and change orders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope review and execution.
• Project safety compliance.
• Job cost spread and estimate review.
• Project sequencing and scheduling.
• Project cost reporting.
• Invoice coding and approval.
• Change order request issuance/tracking.
• Coordination with GC/Owner.
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources.
