Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC is seeking a Project Leader to manage turnkey concrete projects across the United States. You will handle project setup, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, change orders, and coordination with the general contractor and CSI Operations.

This role requires 5+ years of construction experience, a related degree, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. You will lead project teams, review costs, and drive timely delivery with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
• Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must
• Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope review and execution.
• Project safety compliance
• Job cost spread and estimate review
• Project sequencing and scheduling
• Project cost reporting
• Invoice coding and approval
• Change order request issuance/tracking
• Coordination with GC/Owner
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources
• Lead project team and ensure timely delivery
