Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC is seeking a Project Leader to oversee construction projects from setup through completion. The role includes contract execution, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, and cost reporting.

You will coordinate with the General Contractor, owners, and CSI Operations to ensure timely delivery and resource availability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and strong problem-solving and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction/project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended
• Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Project setup, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must
• Good understanding of critical path scheduling

• Contract/Scope review and execution
