The role requires 15+ years in construction management, a degree in construction management or engineering, and proven leadership. The company operates nationally with multiple project sites and a commitment to safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong cost management, budgeting and change order oversight.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring PMs and engineers.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Experience with project scheduling and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials including cost spread, reports, and profitability.
• Review contracts and subcontracts for risk and value.
• Develop schedule of values and monitor change orders.
• Lead weekly project reviews and monthly Directors meetings.
• Mentor and manage PMs and engineers; ensure resource scheduling.
• Maintain GC relations and oversee safety audits.
