Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex concrete construction projects from planning through successful completion.

You will own project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership while collaborating with field operations, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The role requires managing budgets, contracts, schedules, and risk, with the ability to travel based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant construction experience.
• Experience managing complex commercial construction projects and project teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, project controls, cost management, procurement, and change management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel based on project and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover, execution, closeout, and final financial reconciliation.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, profitability, billing, cost controls, and change management.
• Partner with field leadership on schedules, manpower planning, logistics, sequencing, safety, and quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Administer contracts and oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and closeout requirements.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, constructability reviews, and business development efforts as needed.
• Champion CSI’s commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
