Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC seeks a Project Engineer/Manager to support operations on active jobs, participating in setup, cost spreads, job cost tracking, on-site activity, material tracking, and safety compliance.

You will mentor younger project engineers, coordinate with GC/Owner, review contracts, monitor schedules, approve invoices, and help drive project performance with a focus on cost control and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering recommended.
• Experience with cost spreading, buyout, cost reporting, and critical path scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in contract/scope review and project setup.
• Perform job cost spread and estimate, track costs, and approve invoices.
• Coordinate with GC/Owner and CSI Operations manager for manpower/resources.
• Mentor younger Project Engineers and support on-site activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on project sites.
