• Bachelor's Degree; preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of architectural designs/engineering concepts and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through influence and drive accountability across contractors, developers/landlords, vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Practical construction technology and methods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and execute complex phased planning and construction schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to recognize construction risk, evaluate alternatives and drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to travel weekly

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC's, CM's, and subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Coordinate bid documents and RFQ packages to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Lead change authorization/change order processes to control scope and cost.
• Oversee redline review of ARCH/MEP drawings for compliance with standards.
• Provide value engineering feedback to improve cost and quality.
• Develop schedules, phase plans, milestones, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across remodels, expansions and new stores.
