M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support utility foundation projects, focusing on safety, scheduling, budgeting and billing. You will help manage cost reporting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates possess entry-level knowledge of project management, engineering or related fields and are able to travel to various project locations. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Solid computer skills including Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Entry level with knowledge of Project Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of reporting systems for daily reporting and budgeting.
• Support safety management system and quality management system.
• Track project costs, scheduling, and materials; assist with change orders and billing.
• Coordinate with Project Supervision on job structure, cost codes and progress.
• Ensure proper paperwork such as journals, RFIs, timesheets and POs are maintained.
