Job summary

M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our operations on utility foundation construction projects. This role focuses on safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and subcontractor management to ensure successful project delivery.

You will work with Project Managers to establish job structures, manage documentation, track performance metrics, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management concepts in civil/utility construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing systems for daily reporting, job books, and budgeting.
• Support safety and quality management systems on projects.
• Help manage cost tracking, billing, and change orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing for material orders and submittals.
• Maintain paperwork: job journals, RFIs, timesheets, packing slips, tool reports.
