Job summary

M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Management across safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, reporting, and client communications. The role includes maintaining drawing logs, handling submittals, and assisting with budgeting and change orders.

Ideal candidates will have a related degree, 0–3 years in utility construction, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project with strong organizational skills and attention to quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a construction or engineering related field.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project management in planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain drawing records, log updates, and as-builts.
• Prepare safety and environmental plans, submittals, and weekly/status reports to client.
