M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Management in safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, reporting, and budgeting for utility construction projects.

Travel to project sites will be required. The role emphasizes clear communication with PMs, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards. The candidate should have a related degree and up to 3 years of experience, with strong computer skills (Primavera P6, MS Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inConstructionManagement or related field.
• 0–3 years of Project Management/Construction Management experience in utility construction.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management in safety planning and scheduling.
• Monitor costs, prepare cost reporting and progress reports.
• Maintain project record drawings, including As-Builts and updated drawings.
• Provide technical support for construction and planning activities.
• Update and maintain construction schedules.
• Coordinate on-site construction teams to meet safety and quality targets.
• Assist with subcontractor management and contract adherence.
• Prepare and submit project submittals and weekly client reports.
