Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ project management support experience, preferably in a construction environment.
• Experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCO’s).
• Price up material vouchers as needed.
• Write up and track all RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors; complete required forms.
• Update project schedules in Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Handle monthly billing (SOV and cover sheet).
• Create/update material flow sheets and logs.
• Obtain vendor quotes and assist with light material ordering.
