Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will help organize documentation, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in preparing contracts and manuals.

The role emphasizes learning the essentials of project management, maintaining logs, and ensuring quality processes while supporting field personnel and meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 1 year of construction-related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, logs for submittals and drawings.
• Prepare subcontractor contracts and ensure timely delivery of Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors and provide PM support.
