Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Assistant to provide project management support for our team. You will recap and track PCOs, price material vouchers, write and monitor RFIs, and help with payroll tracking and required forms.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in a related field and 1–2 years of project management support in construction. Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Projects, and Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years' project management support experience, preferably in a construction environment.
• Experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with management support.
• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCO's).
• Price material vouchers and manage RFI documentation.
• Track payroll and complete required forms.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with monthly billing and submittal logs.
