Job summary

Rosendin Project Assistant is a temp-to-perm role supporting the project team on construction initiatives. You will help track PCOs, RFIs, and schedules, and maintain material flow, submittal logs, and change orders through a staffing partner.

You’ll work with Microsoft Projects and SureTrack, handling documentation with accuracy. A related associate/bachelor degree is preferred, and you’ll join a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in project management support, preferably construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret materials pricing.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track PCOs and RFIs, and support project schedules.
• Update material flow sheets and submittal logs.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and assist with light material orders.
