Responsibilities

• Draft bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and math calculations.
• Review trade scopes and prepare recap sheets.
• Assist with RFI process and submittals to keep projects moving.
• Track punch lists and support project closeouts.
