McGough offers an Internship/Co-op in Project Management designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience and lifelong connections in the construction industry. You'll be mentored and exposed to a range of roles across our organization while contributing to meaningful projects and developing project management skills.

You'll gain practical experience in bidding, take-offs, risk reviews, schedule updates, RFIs, submittals, and cost control, with travel to various sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to thrive in fast-paced environments and tackle challenges.
• A team player who can lead when needed and communicate clearly.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of new tools and systems.
• Creative problem-solver with an innovative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Craft and send bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and support cost estimates.
• Review subcontractor bids and assess vendor qualifications.
• Support trade scope reviews with recap sheets.
• Draft owner recommendations and notes for project decisions.
• Provide regular schedule updates to keep projects on track.
• Assist with RFIs and manage submittals.
• Track punch lists and assist with project closeouts.
• Monitor the Cost Control Log and project budgets.
• Participate in PM and corporate meetings and trainings.
