Qualifications

• A sophomore, junior or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Energized by fast-paced environments and love tackling challenges head‑on.
• A team player who’s also self‑motivated and ready to step up and lead when the moment calls for it.
• A strong communicator, both in writing and in conversation, who can get your ideas across clearly.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and sending bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Flexing your math skills with quantity take-offs.
• Diving into subcontractor bids and figuring out who’s got the goods.
• Helping make the big decisions with trade scope reviews and recap sheets.
• Drafting recommendation letters to owners.
• Keeping projects on track with regular schedule updates.
• Managing the RFI process.
• Overseeing submittals and keeping everything moving smoothly.
• Tracking punch lists and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Making sure project closeouts are as clean as your job site.
• Keeping an eagle eye on the Cost Control Log.
• Participating in PM and corporate meetings.
• Taking part in training and development opportunities.
