Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and tackle challenges.
• Effective communicator who can convey ideas clearly.
• Willing to learn new tools and systems and bring innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist with subcontractor bids.
• Support trade scope reviews and recap sheets.
• Draft owner recommendations and assist with project decisions.
• Maintain schedule updates and monitor RFI process.
• Oversee submittals, punch lists, and project closeouts.
• Monitor the Cost Control Log and participate in PM meetings.
