Responsibilities

• Craft bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and related math work.
• Review subcontractor bids and identify best options.
• Assist with trade scope reviews and recap sheets.
• Draft recommendation letters to owners.
• Provide regular schedule updates to keep projects on track.
• Manage the RFI process.
• Oversee submittals and keep work moving.
• Track punch lists and ensure clean closeouts.
• Support project closeouts and cost-tracking logs.
• Participate in PM and corporate meetings.
• Engage in training and development opportunities.
