Responsibilities

• Draft bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and math-based tasks.
• Review subcontractor bids and assess qualifications.
• Contribute to trade scope reviews and recap sheets.
• Draft recommendation letters to owners.
• Maintain regular project schedule updates.
• Manage the RFI process from inquiry to resolution.
• Oversee submittals and keep workflow moving.
• Track punch lists and ensure items are resolved.
• Support clean project closeouts.
• Monitor Cost Control Log and budget tracking.
• Participate in PM and corporate meetings to share insights.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
