This paid internship offers opportunities to earn school credit, participate in trainings, and contribute to schedules, bids, and cost controls. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals, travel to project sites as needed, and develop practical skills across the construction

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Energetic in fast-paced environments and ready to lead when needed.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with clear idea articulation.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and sending bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist with subcontractor bids.
• Support trade scope reviews and recap sheets for major decisions.
• Assist with project schedule updates and RFI management.
• Oversee submittals, punch lists, and project closeouts.
• Track costs and maintain Cost Control Log.
• Participate in PM and corporate meetings and trainings.
