HOLT CAT is seeking a Sales Representative - General Construction to drive CAT product sales, leases, and rentals in the Little Elm/Aubrey, Texas region. The role focuses on prospecting new customers in agriculture, ranching, and construction markets, while collaborating with the sales team to achieve territorial targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• Minimum three years of relevant experience; six years preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell CAT products to agricultural, ranching, and general contractor markets in the defined territory
• Develop new customers and expand existing base to meet territory goals
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation
• Travel to customer locations and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with internal resources to meet customer needs and company targets
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards
