Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to a team of supervisors/managers overseeing risk evaluation on construction permanent loan requests.
• Oversees resolution of delinquent loans, past due interest, and lien-related issues.
• Collaborates with borrowers, builders, title agents, and attorneys within compliance framework.
• Sets guidelines for project reviews in line with construction permanent loan agreements.
• Directs departmental operations, analytics, and reporting.
• Addresses problem loans and provides appropriate solutions.
• Manages cross-department collaboration to convert loans timely.
• Oversees staffing aligned with business cycles and technology.
