Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and closing mechanics; coordination with external counsel.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency/syndication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex facilities.
• Collaborate with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clean handoffs to servicing.
• Act as control point issuing Clear to Close and driving timely funding and boarding.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality, compliance, and risk indicators across deals.
