Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree and eight (8) years of experience in banking or a related field.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of experience in banking or a related field.
• Three (3) year of supervisory/management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors/managers overseeing construction loan risk evaluation.
• Oversee resolution of past-due loans, liens, and disputes.
• Collaborate with borrowers, title agents, and attorneys within compliance framework.
