Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and closing mechanics.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex facilities.
• Coordinate with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal and external counsel.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit-ready records.
• Provide real-time coaching on funding mechanics and policy interpretation.
• Identify risks and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality and monitor risk indicators.
