Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a North America Construction Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to manage day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination in collaboration with a Client Advocate and Client Specialist. The role emphasizes relationship management, risk analysis, and proactive client service.

Qualified candidates will bring 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive complex discussions with clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge in a client-facing role.
• Ability to analyze coverage forms, identify gaps, and provide ongoing consultation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capacity to drive complex/technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination.
• Support the Client Advocate and senior account lead in delivering client solutions.
• Assist in end-to-end oversight of large, complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Client Specialist and other teams to ensure timely deliverables.
